The staff were genuinely thoughtful and attentive. The restaurant offered culinary delights prepared with fresh ingredients, and the infinity pool provided amazing views of the majestic mountains.

A lovely hotel. Staff extremely efficient and friendly. All the services provided - including food and drink - were excellent. Of course, this hotel is expensive, and maybe the most expensive in Luang Prabang, so you do expect the very high standard which it provides. Mr Bee, the maitre d' at breakfast and lunch a splendid fellow.

The Phou Vao Garden Suite was spacious with a balcony and tv. Super comfy with free toiletries, a minibar, and a coffee machine. The outdoor swimming pool had fine views. The staff were super attentive. Enjoyed massages at the spa, which also had hot tub and fitness facilities. A relaxing escape.

Excellent facilities including infinity pool, restaurant with local cuisine, bar with signature cocktails, gym, spa, sauna. Attentive staff who anticipate needs and provide personalized service. Luxurious and relaxing experience.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area and has a fine view of the surrounding area. Its facilities, cleanliness, and breakfast were really good.

We especially loved the 24/7 infinity pool and the on-site restaurant with delicious breakfast options. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location, nestled on top of a hill with a beautiful view, was perfect for a peaceful retreat. The hotel also provided transportation to popular attractions like the Kuang Si waterfalls, definitely worth visiting.

Wonderful xmas stay! Great pool and stunning views of the mountains. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was tasty and had a good variety of dishes.

It was a bit far from the main town, which made it difficult to explore the local area. The mattress was too firm for my liking.

Plus, the location was perfect for us, just a short taxi ride away from the main attractions and restaurants.

This hotel is in a peaceful location just outside of the main market area. the private boat trip to the caves along the Mekong river is a must-do. the stunning pool has breathtaking views. the service is very friendly, and the breakfast buffet is exceptional.

The hotel could benefit from more bar staff during peak hours.

La ubicación del hotel es realmente cercana al mar y eso es lo mejor. También me gustaron las vistas al skyline de la ciudad desde mi habitación. El personal del hotel fue muy atento y el desayuno estuvo delicioso. Además, las instalaciones del hotel eran excelentes.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities provided here are truly exceptional, from the opulent spa lounge to the outdoor swimming pool with a stunning view of the hills. the staff is the best I've experienced, always going out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. the location is ideal, being situated in a quiet area with a beautiful garden area and sun terrace.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the small size of the private facilities. However, this was easily overshadowed by the lavishness of the rest of the room.
